I took the big jump for my birthday thanks to my wonderful sister, and I can not tell you enough how amazing it was (although I’m sure you’re told this all the time!!) It was such an incredible experience, and so professional – I was blown away by how easy, and smooth the whole process from form signing, song selecting, movie watching etc through to getting ready was.
The jump team were awesome and I’ve never had a rush quite like it !!! I’ve posted pics etc on my facebook – I really can’t rave enough !!! The set up from start to finish really is admirable – so understandable how you won the tourism award last year – why would anyone skydive anywhere else????
My friend Sarah Jane won the skydive donated to the playground fundraiser last year, and she decided to do it with me – even though she has a fear of heights and gets scared crossing a bridge !! We even got her to upgrade to 15,000 ft !! We are both still buzzing – takes a near death experience to feel so alive huh???!!!!! Thanks so much.

A huge thanks to Skydive Lake Wanaka for a fantastic skydiving experience. Three of our group of four people were doing their first ever jump and what a stunning place to do it, we had a brilliant sunny day for the jump and Wanaka offers gorgeous scenery with snow-capped peaks as the backdrop and gorgeous blue water of Lake Wanaka to make the experience one to remember.
The Skydive Lake Wanaka team were professional, friendly and fun and made us all feel relaxed and comfortable, the instructors were all very experienced and thorough. We chose the 15,000ft jump which was well worth it to extend the buzz of the exhilarating free-fall.
Thanks to everyone at Skydive Lake Wanaka for making this such a thrilling experience, we hope to come back and jump with you again soon!

Hey! I had a 12 000 feet skydive, with your organization, on the 4th of February, around 1 pm. I had a really great experience and I wanted to tell you how much it was nice ! I really wanted to thank the guy whom I flew, because he was so professional ! I felt so in security, he was really precise, no superflue words, just what I need to feel confortable and have a great experience!
I don’t remember his name (Grant) but can you give him this e-mail ! I’m sure he’ll be glad to know how I find him professional and how he made, with his personal way of being, this experience so different!
Your business is maybe not so big but your company is really professional, everything is well organized from the pick up in the i-site with your minibus to the landing after the skydive ! it makes you feel so safe and in the hand of really professional people! In November my sons and I were for a trip in New Zealand and stopped in Wanaka for skydiving in November, 18.
It was an exceptional and unforgettable experience. To tell the truth, I was a little afraid of jumping – 15.000 feet – it’s rather high. But the guys decided to jump as high as possible, so I had no choice – and it was a good choice.
Grant was a gorgeous sky diving instructor, therefore I was confident everything will be OK. In fact it was really great.
Special greetings and thanks to Grant for his efforts and this unforgettable skydiving experience.
Next year I’ll visit New Zealand again and certainly I’ll stop in Wanaka for a second tandem skydive. Nice greetings from wintry and cold Austria (I’d like to change with summer in NZ).

I had the pleasure of skydiving with you on Monday – the first plane up. I just wanted to tell you that you were absolutely wonderful that day. I really appreciated your patience making sure I felt safe and comfortable. Distracting me from what we were about to do by showing me the sights from the plane’s window was perfect. I liked hearing where everything was in relation to where we were flying.
I had the best time and felt 100% and secure the whole time. I could not have asked for a better person to go with. I know I kept saying over and over and over and over how pretty it was up there, and I am still awed by it all when I think about it. Just magnificent! Once the parachute opened, the gliding down was my favorite. I could have stayed up there forever!! Thank you so much for making my first (but not last!) skydiving experience an amazing one!
